hey, hoover here! been a long time since I have reached out directly to you guys. Sadly I feel like I have lost the personal connection with you guys over the past few years. So... I will try to post frequent blog-like updates like this one to let you guys know what is up. With that being said...
WTF is up with aprox 41% of you people still using Internet Explorer? not only are you rolling the dice on getting nailed by viruses on other web sites, but you are using a total shit browser that makes life hell for webmasters like me. When I make code changes to the UJ Network, I follow web standards - so the layout and functions always work in Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc... then I glance over at the (MAKE YOUR OWN DAM RULES - microsoft products) and everything looks like total shit. Do yourself a favor and quit using IE!
New this week on the UJ Network: I loosened up some of the anti-spam keywords on the articles comments system. It looks like a lot of you were getting comments rejected by seemingly harmless comments, so hopefully this will be less of a problem.
I have added a few new ON-NETWORK content feeds to the main page and video pages so it is easier for you guys to bounce around the network surfing old / new videos.
COMING SOON: a massive overhaul to swagster. Larger images, categorized photo groups, visitor upload galleries (so you can find your uploaded photos), and a better content rating system - among other things.
